Will I get billed if someone calls me?

Will I get billed if someone calls me? I know I get billed for calling someone, but what if someone calls me from a 310 area code and we dont have long distance? Do I get billed as well?

ya I think you will get billed because I did, well it depends what phone company yer with

Answer #2

It all depends what phone company you’re with. If you don’t have long distance and someone calls you long distance, its possible you’ll get billed. Just be careful.

Answer #3

If your phone is a “land line”, not a cell phone, then no you wouldn’t be charged unless it was a “collect” call (which you would have been notified of before you accepted the call). The originator of the call would be charged.

If yours is a cell phone then you both would be charged a cell phone charge but I don’t think that YOU would be charged a long distance fee.
