Please don't say braiding overnight cause I don't like how that looks. :p
Simple! Dampen your hair and wrap it into as many buns as you wish! Remember the more buns the tighter your curls/waves will be! Next go to sleep for about 7-8 hours. When you wake up the nexts day scrunch your hair with gel and then apply hair spray! I use this method a lot!

Wrap your hair in foam rollers for a couple hours, dry hair. or you can use strips of cloth and roll your dry hair into the strips and tie them. You can sleep in the cloth strips comfotably. Just use an old t-shirt and rip it up for the strips.
