There are a few things that your husband can do. The most important is diet.

Wear boxers instead of briefs and keeping the scrotum area cool are two of the things that I did before trying to knock-up my partner.

Brazil nuts are rich in selenium which helps sperm production. Oysters, long considered an aphrodisiac, are rich in zinc, an important nutrient for sexual function.

Other causes:

  • Lack of Enough Water
  • Tight Underwear/Pants
  • Being Toxic
  • Unhealthy eating (junk food, etc)

Also, heat in that area can do this. Cool those puppies off for a few days before use.
