A serious my friend question

Ok my friend(yes he exists) asked me today if I kud tell him if he had fncked up. He had been cheating on this girl he had a lond distens relationship with to go with one girl here were we live. That relationship failed so later he went out with this one girl wo he is with now and like 3 days after they started going he dumped the old one. He sais he only kept the other bc she was going to commit suicide if he did so he broke up at the “rite time” but he still did cheat on the other. Is he a bad guy for this
