Best friend or not?

I have this friend. and well she kind of introduced me to a lot . like qoinq to clubs and church (well she drove me). she takes me to fancy restauraunts and out of state and thiings but shes never there for me like a real friend should. im only 13 so im not really worried because I know I have time to make new friends…but shes such a bad friend to me. shes always like “shuutup.” joking but I hate it because she says it in this voice that makes me wunna smack the hell outta her. lOl..and once I bouqht her these shoes with my birthday money because she didnt have any and she said shed pay me back..but she DIDINT =[ and I was pissed..and one day she left her phone open and she was like “see if so and so texted me back.” so I checked and it was her drafts she was going to send to me. so I opened it. but it was a text saying “ill tell my mom to pay you back when I get home.” but waht she really sent me was …”I don’t know what to tell you oh well.” and their are other stories but she just sucks. so basicallyy..yeahh.. I just feel like..I don’t know..
