What can happen if I took 4 pills of Aleve at the same time?

4? Not much … the dosage set out by the pharmaceutical companies is always adequately lower than a dangerous amount, however, if you’re taking more medication than you should on a regular basis, you should know that it can cause permanent damage to your stomach.

I take Aleve as well, and i was told by my doctor to never take more than 2 a day. (Meaning 4 is a double-dose) I don’t think it will do much to you, just make sure you drink a lot of water and eat some fruit or veggies to balance it out a little. Are you taking this dose everyday?

I take 3 at a time on normal days but will take 4 if 3 isnt cutting it.
