its broken, send it in if it really had the red rings of death and it’s been 3 years since it was purchased, and they should send you another one for free because it can’t be fixed or something like that, if it didn’t they will ask you if you want it fixed and if you accept they will fix it and bill you, if not, they just send it back.

It’s called a ‘ring of death’ for a reason…you most likely have to send it back to Microsoft, but here is their help page:
