Does he like candy? you can make him a cute card instead of buying one from the store, take him out, go with him to see a movie he wants to watch…. boys usually don’t think of themselves when it comes to valentine’s day, it’s mostly a girly holiday so he’s probably more focused on what he’s gonna get you… :)
