I feel really tired and lethargic, like I could pass out in a moment. I feel kind of nauseous and I have a headache. My bones and joints feel sore, especially in my legs, where bruises are showing up without me hitting anything. I keep feeling suddenly hot, then cold. Sometimes parts of my body feel numb-ish. I just don’t feel good at all. What could this be?
Sounds a lot like dehydration. I don’t drink much of anything and I get like this.
Yeah I thought so too at first, but I’v been drinking a lot of water?? :((
Are you on your period ? You might be iron defficient, that wouldn’t explain the bruises though. I’d check in with a doctor just to be safe, get some tests done.
