How often do you pay rent in a house?
I need to get a house in the next year or so, I am renting with some roommates, do you usually pay every month, 3 months, 6 months??
It’s usually once a month.
Usually every month…Make SURE you get your responsibility in WRITING….that way if you’re shafted you’ll prevail in a small-claims court decision and won’t left out in the cold…..also pay by check, not cash (paper trail/receipt)….
