Is flouride in toothpaste good or not?
I mean the fluoride its supposed to be there it does have secondary effects or not. it would be better a toothpaste without flouride what do you think tell me please thank you.

It’s good, but yet too much is not and swallowing it isn’t good. That’s why for babies they have a certain kind of toothpaste they need to use, cause they can’t swish and spit it out after. When I was younger I had the cool kind of toothpaste the blue with sparkles in it and I guess it tatsed good cause I would eat it sometime.. lol and now some of my teeth are discolored from too much flouride.
