What We Do

Almond Oil USP NF Grade

Our Almond Oil USP NF Grade is the refined fixed oil obtained by expression from the kernels of Prunus dulcis varieties. It meets the strict specifications for fats and fixed oils, including fatty acid composition, acid value (NMT 0.5), peroxide value (NMT 5.0), unsaponifiable matter (NMT 0.9%), and specific gravity (0.910–0.915). This oil is meticulously packaged and stored in tight, light-resistant containers to preserve its quality.

Virgin Almond Oil BP Ph Eur Grade

We offer Virgin Almond Oil BP Ph Eur Grade, a fatty oil obtained by cold expression from ripe seeds of Prunus dulcis varieties. This oil is characterized by its yellow, clear appearance and slight solubility in ethanol. It undergoes identification tests such as absorbance and thin-layer chromatography to ensure its purity. The oil has a maximum acid value of 2.0 and a peroxide value of 15.0.

Refined Almond Oil BP Ph Eur Grade

Our Refined Almond Oil BP Ph Eur Grade is obtained from the ripe seeds of Prunus dulcis varieties by cold expression and subsequent refining. It has a pale yellow, clear appearance and similar solubility properties to our virgin almond oil. The refined version is also tested rigorously for specific absorbance, acid value, peroxide value, and unsaponifiable matter to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Bitter Almond Oil FFPA FCC Food Grade

Muby Chem provides Bitter Almond Oil FFPA FCC Food Grade, free from prussic acid. This oil is a colorless to slightly yellow liquid with a strong almond aroma, used predominantly as a flavoring agent. It meets stringent requirements for acid value (not more than 8.0), chlorinated compounds, hydrocyanic acid, optical rotation, refractive index, and specific gravity.
