Why is my 2yr old male dog trying to hump my 8 week old female dog?

I have a 2yr old male chihuauaha who is neutered and just got two more that are 8 weeks old. a female and male. my male is trying to hump the female and actually I think he’s trying to hump the male as well…I need help, I need to get him to stop this

it’s just a sign of dominance, you’re going to see this everywhere. Your dogs believe they’re in a pack, and so they have to let each other know who’s really runnin the show around there. And the way they do that is by humping.

yeah they are right :) my dog(the older one) used to do it to the younger one all the time, and they were both girs ! haaa

Humping is a dominant posture…he’s letting them know that he’s the boss around there…push him off them, and say “NO!”…It’s not something that he’ll do very often as they grow…but they’re new in his territory, and he’s doing what dogs do…determining a “pecking order”.
