Can hear dogs stomach making noise?

I can hear my dogs stomach making noise, she has been eating grass but she does not want her treats is there anything I can do

Answer #1

the best thing you can do is take her to the vet and well stop letting her eat grass its real bad for them (apparently)(not sure my self)

Answer #2

Watch for diarreaha, and vomiting…you can also try her on a bland diet of boiled rice and hamberger…(boil the hamberger in the same water as you use for intant rice)…

Keep an eye on her, tho, for blockage…that’ no poop, but usually there is some vomiting…

don’t worry; this is normal. dogs eat grass when their stomach is upset. I know it’s weird, but it helps them throw up. if she continues to do it, take her to the vet. however, if it’s once or twice, don’t worry.

Answer #4

I would keep a eye on her. We just had a dog come into the hopital a couple of weeks ago, eating a lot of grass, not eating food and ADR. So we did x-rays and baruim and she was blocked. She had eaten some carpet and it would not pass, so I guess if she thougt if she ate grass it would help. However when we did the exportory she had more grass in her stomach then carpet, Could she have gotten into anything that you know of? Is she action normal other wise?

Answer #5

How much does she weigh? Has she eaten anything funny? Sometimes my dog gets gassy and gurgly and I literally give her 1 Gas X in some turkey and it fixes her right up. Call your vet and see if they suggest any OTC meds like that.
