tingling feeling
have you ever had a tingling feeling not one of numbness it kind of slows when I touch the tingling area (the tingling) but it feels like normal it only happens to me when ever I laugh its similar to when your sitting in a message chair and it goes on and its like that in specific areas thats the best I can describe it it only differs a little from the vibrating of a message chair ( I mean a lot means I’ve been laughing for and good 15 mins real hard ) but yestarday I hand that sensation but it was a little different because I was in the shower and it was all on the back of my neck and upper shoulders( its normaly on my face when I laugh and sort of on my palms) and from my elbows down to my finger tips id never had that happen I was baffled then I sort recalled the feeling of every time it happened before and I was kind of embarrassed because it was at school (school is funny) but now that it was off my face I felt a little more control over it and as I turned the heat up on the shower it became more intense not of vibration but raw strength energie (something) but I kind of appreciated it a little I dont know im trying to find some kind of answer to what this is wether I have some disease or im having some kind of psychic experience or something I dont know what it is but some one give me a clue please to what this is
Here are some basic reasons why people tingle
tingling couldbe that you are cold and the blood is leaving your extemeties to warm up your organs inside yur chest cavity… survival instinct
Tingling could also be diabetes and blood not circulating correctly, therefore leaving your extremities, but not returning
Tingling could be a sign of a heart attack (people get this feeling) or a stroke (and the tingling shoots up to the head, and become paralized)
I think that it all boils to the one of these two I can think of:
You are sitting wrong and putting certain parts of your body to sleep without knowing it. You can make your body sleep just like legs and arms. you could have strained or killed some sensitive nerve endings working out, or falling or even placing pressure on the nerves (like laying down on the floor)
or
you have a hyperactive nervous system. you should check when you get the tingles, and monitor: what were you previously doing, what did you previously eat, what emotions were you just feeling? what am I doing different today that I don’t do everyday. you should checkwth the doctor to check out your nervous system.
If you have facial ‘myalgia’ or pain, twitching, or a ‘tic’, numbness or tingling, this is resulting from one or more pinched nerves leading from vertebrae that have gotten out of place in your neck, at the base of your skull. Drugs only numb the pain and do nothing for the origin of the symptom itself.
Some good yoga stretches that will help and often eliminate the situation involve the ‘wheel’ pose. From this pose you will stretch the legs upward into the air. This not only helps create balance but effectively stretches out this muscle/vertebrae group, often allowing the nerve to function normally again, stimulating muscles, with increased blood circulation nourishing that area.
For tingling and numbness in the arms, fingers, etc., often misdiagnosed as carpal tunnel syndrome, vertebrae in the upper back are misaligned and out of place, especially the areas of the spinal column directly above and behind the heart.
Sometimes tension in the tiny little muscle groups and nerves that sit just under the baseline of the skull at the top of the neck (the occipitals), can pull and cause the vertebrae to shift, creating ‘blockage’. This often happens with visual strain, a ‘lazy eye’, etc.
The vertebrae that make up the spine are like little blocks stacked on top of each other, in special positions, with nerves, veins and ligaments connecting. This column is flexible by Design, and with the stresses of a fall, or simple life tensions, can become ‘out of alignment.’ A good massage therapist, a good chiropractor or acupuncturist can help ‘realign’ the circuits so to speak. One or two treatments should do it, along w/re-education about posture habits. As far as ‘hyper nervous system’ posted as a possible answer, “naa-ahhh”. To your Sacred Health.
