Computer downloading

MY computer will not let me download anything from the internet like games for my 5 yr old daughter! HELP PLEASE. And when I put a cd in to play music my computer totally freezes! Am I going to have to get a professional to look at my computer? And how much do you think it costs? Oh one more sorry!!! Will they come to my house to fix it? Hopefully someone on here has the answers I need and can do it myself cause my daughter is just starting school and I bought a whole bunch of learning cds so she is ready for kindergarden but they won’t work.

If you know how to re-install the operating system, this is no need to look for a computer technician, you must have a cd(operating system) like windows vista or xp to install a fresh copy of windows.

I think you pc is infected with malicious software, like the one that block you from installing anti-virus, so you have to reprogram your pc.
