I am 13 and I love skateboarding,just started a few months ago and just joined a boxing club.I havent really change my diet.

it depends on what your diet is. you need a significant amount of lean protein and limited amount of sugar to see real results

well I eat a lot and I mean a lot and I do all these sports but I never seem to gain an ounce at all so I think it'll help
