Where in Mexico (Cancun area) under 16's cheaper (URGENT)?

Booking a holiday very soon, 2 16 year old teenagers will be coming and is there any hotel that has cheaper prices for under 16’s in the Cancun area?

Is there even a hotel that would let you get a room at that age? And im pretty sure thereis no special deals for being that young
