What should I tell my parents agter I got caught in a girls house?

I got caught doing somthin I shouldnt have at a girls house tiday and was forced to call my parents. now I got to talk to mine and here parents about what happen what should I say.

Don’t be afraid of what your parents think. They might be mad at you, but that would be the easiest way. You have to be honest because if your not then both your parents will think somehing else is up wit you two.

dont lie, if you regret it then your gonna fall into negitive feelings for lots of things, be honest, tell them exactly what happened. If my mum asks me what me and my girlfriend have done then I just say, I dont care who knows
