Bull dog

Both breeds are brachycephalic which can lead to an array of health problems later on down the line.

They both have a lot of major health problems, atleast that is until they get older. Ummm… Maybe a Cavalier king charles spaniel? I mean there cute, they do need some extra grooming, there just about medium.. 12-13 inches. But, It’s not my choice.. Because obviously I’m not the one who will be owning the dog.. So, you should think about for a while, maybe ask a friend? And do LOADS of research! (you don’t have to) But, It would also be really nice if you could adopt a shelter dog? There really friendly, and quickly become your best friend.. :D I hope I helped!!!

I have read about all health probs that both breeds have and am prepared for visits and bills for the vet.

I used to have two bulldogs. I have to say their the sweetest breed you can get. Kids could tug their ears and they wouldn’t make a sound. They take a lot of work though, they can’t stand the heat for longer then a few minutes, don’t mind a walk but when their done their done no moving them unless your going back. Very sweet dogs. I’ve had one pug and my aunt had two also very sweet dogs, less personality then bulldogs do if you ask me but it all depends. To me the anwser would be simple but in the end it’s up to you.

A Pug is a small dog, compared to a Bulldog…and they are pretty darn active …they also shed a LOT. But they are super sweet, playful…and were bred to love people (that’s their only job, to be a companion)…Bulldogs are supposedly pretty kicked back once mature…(tho I’ve sure seen some hyper ones)…Bulldogs are harder to train but don’t shed near as much as a Pug.
