its either a canker sore, which I know hurts like hell, or its herpees, this is a time to ask yourself, canker sore or herpees? if its a canker sore you just have to wait for it to go away.

OK, I've had cysts on the inside of my mouth from time to time. The doctor told me they are like a bubble with liquid inside, which sometimes bursts then goes away, but sometimes stays much longer. It's usually when I'm tired and run down. He said there was not much to do except rest and get the body really healthy again. Is this anything like your bump?

A cold sore is another problem, but they tend to tingle or hurt, unlike the cysts.
