Weight loss in a short amount of time.

I need to lose 9 pounds in 7 days is this possible. What are some excercises I can do???

if you want to lose it fast then I prefer you only eat carbs less then 10

walk 2 miles every day

do sit ups and crunches

drink only water dont eat after 6:00

an keep thinkin you can do it

an weigh your self with clothes =]

You cannot lose that much healthily, but it is possible.

Try to record what you eat everyday and lower the amount of calories you take in. Dont bother with situps, this will not make you lose weight, it will gain weight in muscle. And if you have fat on your stomach, why have hidden muscles? Go for a jog/run everyday for about an hour. Drink loads of water.

Instead of eating 3 meals a day, split those meals into 5 smaller meals throughout the day.

Dont snack. ONLY EAT WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY. That is the secret. People get cravings, if you really want to lose weight you will conquer those cravings.

Good luck and dont starve yourself, it will not have good effects for you.
