its quite hard ...
Try thinkin off things you like rite them down then...think of different tunes and try and put them 2gether and then put words in at parts of the tune then think of different ways

you could try this: ok pick out an upbeat song that you like and change the words to match the beat of the song because that was one of my assignments for my music class last year and I chose She's A Rebel by Green Day and here's a little sample of mine:

Come on people let us get real
This is real and not just imaginary
I've'e got info come on let's go
Let's talk but let's get on our way
It's a secret do we keep it
Or do we let others in on it
