It depends on personal preferences, you can buy some first in the food cart vendors and restaurants, then determine which is better, I don’t think there has big difference.

There are advantages and disadvantages from both. Food carts; you can be cold and hungry and exhausted from walking about, you turn a corner, and you have a quick, hot fix. Restaurants; more expensive but more filling mostly because you get more for what you pay, but not necessarily ‘better’ tasting. Maybe because when you go to a restaurant you have the expectations of what your going to get and you drive there instead of being cold and having the food be a sort of rescue, its more of a pleasure. So id say its just personal preference and the timing of each.
