Runing out of things to say or talk about?

When I make conversation , sometimes I run out of things to say ?> so what to talk about ??? I know it is sound stupid ,,

that doesnt sound stupid. it seems to me that you might be the only one talking. so here are some tips to talking (to a girl I'm guessing) if you dont know what else to talk about why don't you try talking to them about something that interests, (you ready for this one?), them? If you honestly cannot think of anything to say about something ask them something that would make you have an actual conversation with the person. When two people talk (not saying that you don't understand this concept. just trying to give you some advice) a conversation happens. But, what makes an equal conversation is both parties involved do an equal amount of sharing and listening. You don't always have to be in control of the conversation. If you come up with the reason that 'They never have anything to say so I have to do all the talking' or whatever, look at who you're talking to, for one (like age) and are you monopolyzing the conversation and dominating it to where they feel shy or somewhat afraid to talk or share an opinion or a view point? Give the other person a chance to talk. If that person doesn't or won't for some reason try this. Ask that person something that would require them to share an opinion they have about a topic of conversation. Do you like music? (just a question to ask) Most likely they will so ask, 'Well, what kind of music do you like' let them fully give their response no matter how disinterested you are in hearing what they have to say. Then, if it is an artist that you know little or nothing about, get them to tell you about who that artist is and some stuff about the artist. This is just an idea on where to take a conversation when you run out of things to talk about. Hope this helps.
