My Friend is telling me to lose weight!!!

Just last night at the gym my friend just told me out right I need to lose a few kg’s!! I was Really upset! She told me friends should always tell the truth - As I am a mum I still have a bit of baby weight on me And now that is all I can think about:(

Check and see how you’re doing: Put your numbers in the first box and you’ll get a readout of your ideal weight, weight range, and BMI: and weight range automatically shows up in the third box: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm

Take care !!

Answer #2

well how much do you weigh now and whut is your height?? how long ago has it been sense you had your baby?? I have a lil bit of chunky tummy lol and my son is 9 months old.

Answer #3

well first see a doctor ans ask them to calculate your bmi (body mass index) fr your height and age he/she will be able to tell you what weight range your in, and how much you need to loose/gain to be and the healtthy weight rangealso ask him about yourt pregnancy weight but remembber that its completely normal to gain weight from a pregnancy, and its not like everyone looses it withing a week or month after having a kid sometimes it might take a few months or more and a lot of the time, new mothers cant find the time to exerscise also since youyr boobs grew from pregnancy, that adds to your weight as well so some of the weight is actually needed to help your baby as your boobs will produce breastmilk if the doctor says your fine, tell your friend that it was nice that she wanted to tell you the truth, but that you found it hurtfull as your actually a fine weight and if you do need to loose a little bit (which will take time of course) tell her it was nice to tell you the truth and that she was actually right, but what she said hurt your feelings a bit so maybe next time if she could be careful and maybe re-word her comments to you

Answer #4

whoa whoa whoa!! She told you that? If my friend told me that, they would’ve gotten punched in the face…well not really. But don’t worry about what they said. If you feel you need to lose weight then do it for you, NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT for anyone else…I have done things like that and to this day, I have constant weight problems and I always think people judge me because of my weight…but I WILL take care of that…Kickboxing!

Answer #5

Well im 5f2 and im 43 44 kgs I think she tells me that because she is 41 kgs and anyone to her above that weight is fat!!! and the only thing I dont really like on me is my tummy…u can see what I look like on my pics anyways

Answer #6

oh hunny I wud say you need to gain more weight you are skinny like stick thin and if shes is smaller then you then she is sick thin…u dont need to lose not an oz of fat…goodluck

Answer #7

ok for your height, age and seeing as though youve somehow managed t have a baby you are UNDERWEIGHT so is your friend you are BOTH underweight for your height and age so you BOTH need to gain weight because your not in the healthy weight range at all your below it see a doctor

Answer #8

Well at first I was siding with your friend, she is just trying to help. But then, I looked at your pics. Girl, your weight is fine. You look healthy. The question is…how do you feel? That is the most important thing. How do you feel about yourself? Are you happy with your body?

Answer #9

No Not really I’ve never been happy with myself! but didnt think I was needing to lose kgs maybe just tone up -Thanks for the advice:D
