Loss of strength in right arm?

new hair or lack thereof lol j/k Asked by sueles_volver 3 months ago, 4 answers.

Ok well what happened was I was skating yesterday with my cousin at a party and I fell on my forearm and now today I look at my arms and see that I could no longer see the tricep muscle on my right arm but I could still see the one on the left and my right arm so much weaker now like I can't even put it on something so I can lean or else my arm automatically gives up and I fall so what can I do about it?should I work out on it with some small weights and try to see if I could restore my arm or what?
Btw my right arm is kinda lazy now to use the computer mouse.so yea pretty weak rigth now.

well I've had screwed up ligaments in my arm before, but go to the store and buy an elbow brace, or a tennis elbow airband, what the airband will do it push the ligament back into place, and I wouldnt suggest very heavy weights maybe like 1/2 lb, then move up slowly, do excersises every day like put your arms in front of you palms up, then face them down, and also PAIN pills like tylenol help

you must go to the doctor
dont attempt to exerscise it or lift weights with it
because youll damage it more
and dont wait, the longer you dont go to the doctor the worse it will get
it could be a few things
but seriously...get to the doctors asap!
