Losing Weight By Eating Right

Is it true if you six small meals a day: like say an orange to start the day off,then around 12 a handfull of nuts,and then around 2 a piece of bread ..and so on throughout the coarse of the day: Will you lose weight doing just that? I want to try this.

Yes it works. if you don’t eat your body goes into starvation mode and it stores what it has and that is fat.

I dont no but you would be better off to eat normally and just cut what you would eat in half and not snack

Yes, you should eat 6 smaller meals a day but not that small. Eat oatmeal in the morning then fruit and veggies throughout the day. Jog in the morning and do a lot of cardiovascular excersise.
