is my dad a good reason for my temper??

well a couple of nights ago I took the dog for a walk and I steped in dog pooo (ewww):( I had to clean it up so he said “go get a dirty clothe” so I gt a dirty cloth and he went “its too dirty” and had a go at me then he told me to gt su tissue so I used like half a roll and he had a go at me for that, and I try to help and he has a go at me so I dont help and he has a go at me

my mum is just the same she will have ago at me for no reason-ok the past 8 month she was pregnant and now she had to give up the baby but its still no reason- I dont get hit very offten only if I like dd summut like hurt my lil brother, they also have a go at me when I am arguying with my 14yrold brother who is usually the one who starts it…and also my younger brother who is 5, has a go at me or punches/kicks me all the time, and then there is beth she is 18 shares a room with me and I like it because she is only in on fridays and tuesdays-she works 8:30-5 but we argue when she is in and it pisses me off,

is there a way to stop my anger or atleast controll it?? (I have been like it since my couin died-apparently, well since 2002-I was 6, I member a lot about her but I miss her)

do you think my family is to do with my anger???

ps:my cousin died of a heart condission-the over day I aked my mum what was wrong with her and she went”what wusnt wrong with her” my granddad died in 2003 octoberiss time, he died of motor neuron desies and I think that made it worse :(

Darlin Youve Had It Hard Why Dont you Phone Up Child Line You Need Someone To Talk To And They Will Listen 2 You if Not I Go 2 a Thing Called Teensupport I’ve Been Going For About A Year B’because I Went Off The Rails &+ Caused Arguments To The Extent Were I Walked Out And Moved &+ Im Only 15 :O ! if been like it since I was 6, and its not like they are abbusive, I love them and I am going to start going to my nans more often shes out most of the time so my boyfriend could come over and we could watch tellie she has a 3 bedroom house and a boyfriend who she may as well live with, I would only sleep there friday night not saterday but sundaynight and walk to school from hers,

I will check out the teensupport thinggy, the only way I can “cool down” is A in school)talk to Evans-the best teacher EVER B at home) take the dog for a walk
