I want to lose 14kg in 2 weeks

how do I do it? I know the risks and I know this sounds stupid but im not botherd. I need to do this. help me PLEASE!

It’s 30 pounds, forget being unhealthy, it is simply not really realistic, and you’ll probably gain it back in a couple of weeks…

Im not really sure how much thatd be in pounds,but I wouldnt recommend losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time.Its unhealthy and can actually result in rapid weight gain later on.

Id recommend basic dieting and excersizing to lose weight safely.It may take longer than 2 weeks,however.

There is no way to lose that much weight in 2 weeks. I just don’t get it. Why is everyone trying to lose what took them months to put on in just a few days. If losing weight were that easy we would all be a size 2.

The ideal weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. The slower it comes off the more likely it is to stay off because you are adopting healthy and wise eating habits. Sure you can lose it faster by fad dieting, but as soon as you go back to your old way of eating you butt is going to get big again. You have to change your habits to change your weight permanently. eat healthy and get off your butt and exercise.
