First off make sure you take protein pills or eat meat still, just stay away from fatty or fried meat. Make sure you get plenty of cardio workouts like running or bike riding, building muscle helps you lose weight too so try some lifting. Eat small meals every 3-4 hours rather than three large meals.
What kind of pills lol? What's cardio? I run everyday and I pull some more but nothing is wrking. Lol I barely food.
You don't need to take protein pills or eat meat again you just need to educate yourself about certain food and the nutrition in them.
You seem to be doing fine, you have to just keep going and you'll get to your body goal soon enough

Hello everyone how are you all? I want to know how to lose weight because I'm really sick of myself. I mean wherever I go especially in school, people make fun of me and it's not because there jealous of me lol. I've been doing excercising, eating fruits or veggies. I turned into vegetarian, um I stopped all the sugary stuff...well I don't like eating those since I was a kid lol. I don't know, I did so much but I still see myself the same. Don't just come and say fatass becasue I don't like it and someday I will be thin and you'll be fat because your making fun of others. I just want the solutions so please help me if you can.
