Hourglass figure..

I’m an hourglass figure, and I like that about me. But I’m small upstairs. And I have HUGE hips.

I don’t care about upstairs, I’ll gain there later.

What I want to know, is what exercises will help me lose weight on my hips/lovehandles? (Mainly lovehandles..) Quickly is best…

Help me please??! My hips are like B shaped. It’s weird, I don’t like it, I need HELP!

it’s actually the hardest to lose inches from your hips. trust me! lol. in the past two monthes that I’ve been working out and killing myself to get in better shape, I’ve lost 1/2 an inch. (I’m an hourglass too…but the top is filled in :) )

here’s what my trainer has told me (and trust me, he’s amazing!):

-if you’re trying to lose weight, exercise is 30%, diet is 70%. so if you reallystick to a healthy diet, your working out will give you amazing results.

-do the weight training and the pilates and all that good stuff, but make sure at the end of the day you’ve gotten in your 30 minutes of cardio. at least 4 times a week!!

-do planks! they hurt, but they really give you the results.
