Help with my fat thighs

I have really fat thighs…I walk I jog I run I excersize…im skinny evry were else how do I get rid of the fat thighs??? Its really unatractivee

I have fat thighs and I hate it. I’m skinny and I don’t hink it looks right but my friends tell me it makes me look like I have more body. I don’t like them tho’. I’m doing exercise. I lift my legs up and down a lot and I do sit ups too. Sit ups help you with get a firm butt too. You should try it. Good luck =]

try this b/c somtimes I think my thighs are big .. even if ya;ll say yah rite haha okay so do leg lifts.. stand straight and lift your leg back and you should feel your thighs tightening with your butt,, and lay down and do side lifts and you can try side kicks,,, you can do so much,,, but hey im bi and I rather have sum thigh then sum bone lol.. ;)

Well ya’ll act like thickness is a bad thing. And I so did not get the expo maker thing. And the problem is my thighs don’t get firm.

Hey, maybe its just you who thinks this. Remember, we’re our own biggest critics. I think you should continue running and try doing some squats or pilates. It doesn’t matter how thick your legs are it just looks better when they’re firmer and toned.

Well. It’s true. Most guys love thick girls, they love something to grab. Work with what you got. Trust me I think it’s better to be alittle thick than being a toothpick.

I don’t know how to fix it. I have the same problem and I have tried EVERYTHING, but while trying to fix this problem I found out guys LOVE thick thighs!!!

I have the EXACT same problem I do every single excercise til I feel like literally dying and STILL the fat on my thighs NEVER go it really sucks right?
