depends how much you want to spend you
im getting a 2004 range rover for six grand and it only has about 40K miles on it...
my favorite place to look for cars on the web is autotrader.com you set you price and feature that you would like
Good Luck
Yeah money has a lot to do with it, ^^ A range rover holy crap! goodluck with gas prices... but a good price for the vehicle... Anyways you have to think about gas costs, and insurance and repairability...
So if you want something to show off to your friends... a nice 2 door coupe you will see a pretty high insurance price...
If showing off doesnt appeal to you, then get an older late 90's 4 door sedan that looks nice to you for a fair price... The insurance wont be nearly as high and the gas consumption will be relatively the same.
And to repair, usually japanese cars seem easier to fix then some of the american cars. From a personal perspective something like a 4 door Voltswagen Golf/jetta Diesel looks nice and very cheap on gas, and your insurance wont be insanly high either.
You can also go to insurance brokers in your area and get quotes on different evhicles you have selected to purchase. Goodluck, And dont buy the first one you like... look around there may be better no matter what the dealer says.
VOLVO!!! they are not only the safest, but they last forever and they get good gas mileage. there is a million mile club for volvos with over 1 million miles. I just hit 200,000 miles and its still going.
