I doubt its a FONT per se, it looks like it was rendered free-hand.

There are several places to go to figure out a font name. But be warned that some fonts cost big bucks to buy and use. But if you're really interested in finding out what it is you can try the following websites. If all else fails you could check with the forums at myfonts.com and ask there.
