Can you help me figure out how to lose weight?
im 15 and its not a good time to put on weight I want to lose but I find it hard and I need to do some thing now can you help me ?
Well thats why they say no pain no game, you need to work hard, and eat right as of what everyone always says, its true. You should exercise daily i recommend the morning because it’ll faster your metabolism, and its not as hot. but thats up to you good luck.
i can tell you one thing. excersise before you eat anything that day. it will burn the your fat. not the calories of food you already ate. hope i helped.
