Excersises(I think I spelled it wrong)

Well ok I’m trying to start excersising(I still think I spelled it wrong) again, and I have a history of backpains. I’m not necessarily trying to lose weight, but I am defaintly trying to tighten everything up, and gain a little musctle. especially my stomach, legs and butt. Do you know any VERY good excersises that’s good at doing those things that is less back straining? if not… its ok tell me anyway! lolz thanks =]

If you have back problems, there are exercises (note the spelling? lol) that you can do in Yoga that help alleviate back pain as well as strengthening and toning.

yoga is good, as ichibanarky says. yoga doesnt push your muscles too hard, but does,as you put it, tighten everything up. its also calming and relaxing. ^_^ go for it!

JOG or do crunches…or cardio definetly helps I do it lolz heres a site that might help.
