I really think your worrying WAY TO MUCH...relax...you've got hormones going on ...If you have your period that can cause stress...just eat right, exercise...exercise really helps a lot...take a walk with the dog if you have one.. I really think your just worrying...
I think you need to start getting yourself back on a regualr meal plan. eat healthy and excersize, and you should be fine. like the last person said, your 13 and going through some changes, your going to change a bit, but stay healthy, and please try to start eating. tell someone, get some help if you need it, eating disorders are hard to beat. I have been there and done that, your not alone.

you have one. when someone takes drastic unessecary action towards loosing weight, such as throwing up or not eating, they have an eating disorder.
its not something you can get over yourself...
youve tought yourself that people in the movies, magazines, celebrities, models ect are "perfect" and "flawless"
you probably strive to look like people who are in fact edited and photoshopped and dont look like that in real life. the media and beauty magazines contribute to low self esteem, making a lot of people like yourself think that there perfect and your not. you are a healthy normal weight, and its unessecary to loose any more. you also need to get help from someone before your condition gets worse, and more seriouse. talk to a parent, doctor, counsellor, ect. if you dont start eating right again soon youll screw up your body for life. eating disorders also contribute to infertility...your body cant grow without food, you cant develop without food. as long as you keep this up your period will be put off, as will your boobs growing, ect. and if you keep this eating habbit up you can become infertile. you can become inable to have children. seek help now before you damage your body any more
I think only you can know if you have a eating disorder or not. I used to have one, it was the worst time of my life. I stopped eating completely, and if I did eat, it was grated cheese or rice. I became affraid of food. I was around the same age when I had my eating disorder. Its hard to get back into the habbit of eating again, but you have to introduce yourself to new foods every week, then you will build up your confidence day by day. Remember your a 13 year old girl, your hormones are everywhere at this point aswell. Just listen to your doctor and try your best. I am now fully recoverd from my disorder, but I still have to have a drink with me every time that I eat, when I was 13 I shrank to a size of an adverage 8 year old.! but now im happy with myself and enjoying life.

Do I have an eating disorder??
I am a 13 year old girl... I use to weight 138 pounds... Now I am not eating at all... And when I do eat a small meal I throw up and sometimes I feel like it...I go 3 to 2 days without eating... And if I do it I eat a small meal a day...I get stress a lot... I feel like I am fat... I want to be thin...but I went to my docter today and I checked my weight and now I weigh 124 pounds!!!... And now almost everytime I dont feel like eating... And now I am starting to hate eating... Do I have a eatind disorder... Or getting one???
