Well the average is 15 cm’s. But it doesn’t really matter.Generally it depends on how large the guy is and also it varies a lot between different guys so there is no fixed size it should be.

I’ve never heard it that way… a 17 year old penis not a 17 year old boys penis… weird to think that part of your body is that old when girls only recently(ish) started paying attention to it… but ANYWAY it really all depends on the guy prbly the most major factor in determining dick size is race… but typical white guy at 17 could be anywhere from 13cm to 18cm I’ve dated a 17 year old who was 19cm but I’ve also dated a 15 year old who was almost 21 cm… both typical white guys- both were blond- but oddly the 17 yr old was about 6 foot and the 15 year old was like 5 foot 5in or so…lol
