What are some make up tips or ways you can bring out blue eyes?

Use a liquid liner and draw a line over the top lid of the eye this will make the eye look more open and defined (I like to put a little bit of a line towards the end of the eye pointing up which gives a cat eye look.)

Use a skin colour foundation or light skingcolour powder on the top of the lid and under neath the brow. This sets a clean pallet for the colour. apply some dark brown shadow of the slid of the eye and towards the corner of the top of they eye.
Then directly underneath the brow apply some light shimmer or caramel colour.

A little bit of shimmer just underneath the eye can also be a nice affect
