Am I doing good at benching or not?

Ok I weigh 123 and im 5 7 and my bench max is only 115 but I just started benching like a month and a half ago and the first time I benched I maxed at 75 so im doin a little better.

airght and I do other thing I squat I do high pulls I do curls and I do machines

pretty good, once you get past your body weight ull build up mass

Yeah keep it up and you will be really built soon!! just add a bit more on each week adn you will do good! I wouldn’t say you are at the top benching placement right now, but you could be if you keep going at your pace! oh and don’t forget to do other things besides bench!!

well depends on how much you wiegh cause if you can bemch your own weight that means your getting in shape .
