Abdominal pain caused by caduet

My dr. Prescribed caduet 5/40. I only took one dose, but began experiencing excruciating abdominal pain (worse than labor pains.) about an hour later. Could only one dose cause this, and should I take todays dose? My dr. Office is closed until tomorrow.

call the phamacist thy should help u. I would be on the safe side and discontinue untill you consult your doctor anyway but the pharmacy tech should answer any questions or precautions you should take
